Congratulations to Mrs. Smallwood – NCKMEA Outstanding Music Educator of the Year recipient 
MTSS Conference
USD 473 was well-represented at the 2025 Kansas MTSS & Alignment Symposium in Wichita.
Preschool Staff- Rylee Schlesener(CES), Christy Bogart (Rural Center), Afton Diehl (Blue Ridge) Presented on “Centers and Small Groups with a Purpose” which they model throughout their preschool programs.
James Bell, CHS Math teacher and Amy Gruen presented on “Targeted Math Interventions in Secondary Schools” and “DIY High School Math Curriculum.”
All three sessions showcase the wonderful work done by the staff of USD 473.
